Ollie and Heloise had been let down by their wedding photography at the last minute and contacted me in a blind panic. Luckily I was free to step in – and days later met them to begin shooting their wedding morning preparations. They were so relaxed, preferring me to capture most of

the day in a documentary style, save for a handful of group shots and some portraits. The meadow adjacent made the perfect spot to capture them in the golden early evening sun. I really loved documenting this wedding day so I’m pleased their original photographer went AWOL – especially when the couple agreed saying I’d saved their day.

 

Not bad for a days’ work!
